Apple Watch Wont Turn On After Trying to Fix Adhesive

Okay so I was stupid for doing this and it was my first time messing with apple watches internally. I was following ifixits guide but was scanning through and didnt see that the cellular watches battery connector is in a different spot so i unplugged the screen while the battery connector was still plugged in(the watch was turned off) and then i may have slighty scratched the surface of the screen connectors when trying to pull them out but I dont know if this actually affects them or not(its just a small scratch on the cable), but know the screen wont turn on at all and I just feel it vibrating and stuff, what do you think happened to it?
