I have a hp notebook 15-ac152sab i simply Dissasembled it and reassembled it completely everything was working before and outside the original case but when i put it back together the power led turns on for 4-5 seconds then turns off i don’t think anything is damaged please Help!!

OK thanks I'll try to get my hands on a power adapter as mine was opening on its own so i suspect that's the Issue

That issue is difficult to diagnose from here because it's impossible to see exactly what happened when you took the computer apart. In general, however, dissecting a computer without the proper equipment to protect it from ESD can cause it to malfunction. Electrostatic Discharge can cause damage to sensitive components that is microscopic in nature and undetectable to the naked eye.
Your best bet may be to take it to a technician who can run some diagnostic tests and see where the problem is originating. If the price for the repair ends up costing more than the laptop is worth, I would get a new one.

Ok thanks but the 5 volt and 3v rails both work so i dont think i damaged anything

@rp12345 Right, so it's been several years I have touched that machine. Though I do remember that the my laptop somehow got worse. Upon troubleshooting I found the IC that is responsible for taking in the power adapter lines and creating the main rails for the system died!
The more I think about it, the power adapter was probably the issue,
Your condition describes a perfectly working machine simply getting not enough power. And the fact that *that* specific IC on my machine died, it's more than likely the power adapter was the issue. The final nail in the coffin? I checked the power adapter recently, and it doesn't work anymore!
Save yourself the trouble and try with a new charger, then proceed to dig in deeper, you don't want to break what's already working like I did. Good Luck!
The laptop itself magically started working again after a few more cycles of disassembly and re-assembly. No clue how, but it runs now and seems to be back in good health. Didn't do anything differently between the times it failed to power on when reassembled and the time it just started working again, but it works now.

I Used it without a battery for months before and had no issues I don't think that's the problem.
