What cable is this?

Can someone tell me what the correct name of this dual cable is is? (red arrow points to it)

I suspect it is some sort of antennae connection.

I was replacing a damaged glass front screen and they unfortunately broke - need to know if I can replace them.

No unfortunately if it's the one on the digi then u need to replace the digitizer, if it's the one in ur fingers then that's for the home button u can replace that one with a new home button flex

Those are the digitizer cables that transmits the touch inputs of the user. If you broke those, you need a new screen: iPad 5 Screen Digitizer

Replace a screen compatible with iPad 5 A1822 A1823 and iPad Air (1st Gen) A1474 and A1475. Includes all of the small parts preinstalled in the assembly. Part #821-4894-A.图片

Thank you, fortunately I had already bought a screen replacement, and lo, said cables are pre-attached - just hadn't opened the box yet. Thanks much for providing the response.
