No. Only Apple sells OEM parts. The parts that ifixit sells are made to specification and tested individually for quality assurance but cannot be classified as 'OEM' because they are not made by Apple. Any third-party (non-Apple) vendors who claim to sell OEM parts should generally not be trusted because (1) any OEM parts on the market have been rejected by Apple for various reasons, and (2) typically are not what they claim to be.
