I have Pixel 2 with 128GB Hynix UFS and 4GB Samsung DDR4 RAM.
I got an accident and makes my Pixel 2 screen’s broken, and now I want to replace the screen.
I buy the screen from local seller (I live in Indonesia) and when I test the screen, my Pixel 2 become very lag and slow.
Anybody have / experienced this problem?
And what should I do to fix this problem?

Is it possible that your replacement screen is faulty? It sounds like you might be suffering from laggy touch on the part. If the old broken screen still works, connect it back and see if it’s laggy.

My old screen is not working at all because it's broken and not displaying anything.
My assumption is the replacement screen is faulty because when I want to turn off my Pixel 2 with normal way (without thinking about the lag and feeling my phone working as usual) the power off pop up is very slow to shown up, but when I pressing the power off button when the pop up not finished it's process yet, the device can turned off, the turn off process is very fast. It just like got displaying delay.
I already returning the replacement screen and requsting a new one, and it takes 4 to 6 days to return back to me. I'll inform about the replacement screen when I already got a new one.
