cartridge defective warning?
I changed a color ink cartridge & it is installed correctly and is brand new and I keep getting message that it is defective. I changed to another new cartridge and it still gives me the same message.

Are they genuine HP cartridges?
Ensure your ink and toner are Original HP. Counterfeit HP cartridges are predominantly refilled or remanufactured print cartridges packed in unauthorized or fake reproductions of HP packaging, that can't compare to genuine HP cartridges.
