Why is my electric John Deere weed eater smoking?
I have a John Deere electric weed eater that worked great, now it has smoke coming from the bottom of the motor. HELP ME!

you posted a picture of the brushes and commutator of your motor. If that is where the smoke originates from you could have bad/worn brushes or a short on the armature windings. Remove the brushes and check their length. A short length causes the springs to not put enough pressure on the brushes to make good contact with commutator. If so, repalce the brushes. The is also a bearing at the end of it. If it is starting to seize it may also generate smoke. May be you can post an arrow or similar on your picture to point out where you noticed the smoke.

Have you solved your problem? I was advised to buy a John Deere weed eater but I read quite a lot of negative reviews on the Internet about it. I'm not sure I want to buy it now because it's quite expensive. I don't want to waste my money. By the way, have any of you tried planting red borneo kratom? As far as I know, it only grows in Southeast Asia, but I would be interested if it is possible to grow this plant in a colder area? What do you think about it? Will I be able to grow it?

Indoor grow it dude gives you more control over heat and humidity Google the usual temp and humidity where it originates from either use a shed or build an insulated box people been growing Marijuana like this forever now just need somewhere big enough to fit a balist 1 light and a fan
