Unresponsive when plugged in
When I plug my laptop in there's no response there's a blue light in the front that comes on but nothing else is screen does absolutely nothing is there anything you can do to help me

You don’t give us many details. Such as how long you have had the laptop, how long was it keeping a charge, did you notice anything out of the ordinary before problem manifested, etc.
Light shows amber when charging battery.
Light shows blue when battery charged.
You state, above, “When I plug my laptop in there's no response there's a blue light in the front . . .”.
What happens when you unplug the charger and press the power button?
Nothing, but do watch carefully. We can only help if we have information. It is possible the battery needs replacement. If adventurous you could try link below:

Now, with the battery out and charger unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds then release.
Plug in charger and press power button. Anything happen?
Could also be the power button. . .
