How do I made a hard reset of this printer?
I've seen searching and there's no info about it. Thank you in advance.

Really because clearly he's not having a network issue is an issue with the printer brain that won't clear a false error. Network has nothing to do with it.

Ignacio Vila there is not much in terms of factory (hard) reset for a printer. In the case of the HP Officejet Pro all you have to do is to :
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
You can restore the printer to the original network settings. To restore the printer to the original network settings on the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together, approximately five seconds, and then release the buttons.

Very unfortunate that HP cannot fix the problem of FALSE ERROR concerning Paper Jam.
(There is no paper jam but the Document Jam will not disappear).
For the HP 8720
Kindly explain:

Where are the wireless and cancel buttons
I believe the cancel button is the power button? The wireless button is the microphone with brackets around it?

all printers have a small battery Its hidden as they don´t want you to find it...
If you take it of for 20 seconds all software problems are gone...
