picture frooze and disc tray will not open, Help

The picture frooze and the disc tray wiii not open. Turns on and off and load come on but doesn't load. How can I open the door to change disc to check if it is a disc problem or a player problem?

This happens normally due to scratches on the disk or due to lens might be dirty , switch off the player after about 5 sec switch it on again and quickly press eject button the tray should come out.
