I want my phone back to factory settings, but I forgot my hp safety pin ..
and I do not know what to do ..
please help me master.
my gear only laptop and usb, but my data networks currently being bad.

Well usually to factory reset it's either power off and volume up some times volume down and power button. Shut your phone off then hold both down until screen comes on go to factory reset or data reset then reboot should have deleted everything.
