Rear Camera will not work
When I click on the camera application, only the front facing camera will show a picture. When I click to switch it to the rear camera all I see is a black screen. Please help!!

I have had a similar issue with my personal tablet. My issue was solved by removing the case the tablet was in. The case did not have appropriate cut out for the rear camera. However If this is not your issue it sounds like your camera maybe bad. You should check out the trouble shooting page.
