Correct time cannot be set on my Fitbit
I don't know how to change the time on my Fitbit Zip
You have to change your settings on Fitbit's website:
-Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
-Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Info page and modify your timezone.
-After saving your changes, force sync your tracker: Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer. Click Sync Now.

Fitbit is the worst tracking device for customer assistance. There is no support contact numbers or chat to address any problems setting it up or adjusting time or anything else. The Fitbit hasn't synced to the App on the iPad even though the iPad recognizes it as connected. What a waste of money.
I don’t have any answer - only a problem. I cannot log on to the fitbit page. I had this problem setting up the account but finally got it to work, for awhile. Now, it is back to not recognizing me. I changed my password twice before in this struggle to where it did work (no reason to change the password but did that out of desperation.) So, my fitbit has wrong date and time and I simply cannot log in to try and correct it. I have read many comments about the log in problem and the supposed fix. Not fixed. I am trying to do this through a pc.
