Why won't battery hold a charge for long?
Battery charges up to 100% but charge doesn't last long.

There could be multiple reasons why it don't hold charge. It could be the outlet, the adapter or the charging port on your iPhone. 1st try using a different outlet. If that don't work, then get a new charger and see if that works. If nothing else works, then maybe try not using the phone for a long period of time and see if that works. Does it not hold charge when your on the phone or does it do it whenever?

ybc, if your battery charges but does not hold a charge then you have a failed battery. If it is the original battery in your phone, it lasted a pretty good while but has most certainly come to the end of its life. You can get the battery from here and use this guide to replace it
