Bizar problem with speaker in youtube app

Hi,

I have a problem with my ipad 2 and I can't find a solution.

When i play something in the youtube app the sound from the speaker is about have the maximum. I can't get it louder, unless i plug in the headphone - take it out again - press play again and then the sound is maximum. The problem is i have to do this trick over and over and over again with every new video i want to see because with every new video the sound starts with have maximum.

I installed the youtube app again.

I have the latest updates.

I restarted the ipad many times

Does anyone know a solution?
