@robertsmal82434 typically when a DVD isn't loading your disc or the laser that is reading the disc, is either scratched or dirty. Try using a different disc. If the DVD still doesn't load, you might have to clean or replace your laser. I would try to clean teh lens by using a cotton swab and alcohol and then gently cleaning the surface of the lens. Of course, you can also try those commercially available Laser Lens cleaners that you can get at pretty much any larger department store etc. Use these guides [[Topic:CyberHome CH-DVD 300]] to work on it.
