@tmb2600 the ports are soldered to the boards. There should be one on the I/O board and one on the motherboard. In either case you will have to disassemble your Flip and remove the board with the failed connector. Then you have to try to source a new connector, unsolder the old on and replace it with a new one. The soldering alone will not be an easy chore but it appears even tougher to find a replacement.
