如果水没有从水箱流向滤杯，请检查带弹簧的水箱连接器，确保其处于完全伸出的位置。如果因部件破损导致漏水，请发送邮件至 HelpfulNinja@sharkninja.com，查询旧水箱或其他破损部件是否在保修范围内。

冲煮周期结束后，在取走接咖啡的容器前，将防滴漏装置拨杆移至关闭位置。

将半瓶外用酒精倒入冲煮分配器底部。在分配器中注水，留出空间以容纳剩余酒精。注满顶部并开始冲煮。建议让冲煮出的热水与酒精混合液在咖啡机中静置约 10–15 分钟后再倒掉。之后，你需要额外用清水冲煮 2–3 次，直到确定酒精已从咖啡机中彻底稀释干净。

when i press the brew button it only stays on for 45 sec

maybe a little longer when it goes off i press it again as i keep doing that it brews more water un tail it brews all the water

Where the spring loaded reservoir connector is, there is green algea and mold rowing inside of it, we have followed the cleaning instructions 2x it is still there, we cannot figure out how to remove it to scrub it to get rid of it so we can make coffee.
