Hold 开关处于打开状态

Click Wheel 故障

没有声音或声音失真

When i charge my iPod mini it turns on and i am free to use it but the second i unplug it, it shuts off and doesn't turn on, am i doing something wrong?

I have an ipod mini I just bought and I am trying to figure out what needs fixed and what I need to replace. I have attempted to charge it and the apple icon comes on but it wont go into disc mode and when the screen does change the picture is a folder with an exclamation point. When I plug it into my computer the ipod doesn't even register, on itunes or on my pc. If there is a way to access the ipod by my itunes, then thats great, but if not I will replace what I need to. Is there anything more I can do now? Have I missed a way to get my itunes to register the ipod?

I have an iPod mini 2nd generation that I was still able to listen to music in. I tried connecting to an old computer one mine, having the same iTunes software for that iPod and it said corrupt to contact apple support. I’ve tried resetting it several times but you can hear a cracking sound when resetting. What could be wrong and what can I do to fix it?
