如果拍出来的照片全黑，或者部分照片全黑而另一部分正常，那么说明你的相机快门有故障。由于某种原因，它发生了轻微卡滞，导致无法留出进光口。相纸最终没有接收到影像曝光，这就是为什么拍出来是一片漆黑。这似乎是 Instax Mini 9 以及其他型号上经常出现的问题。相机有一年的保修期，你可以从 Fujifilm 获得免费的更换或维修。此外，联系他们要求更换那些被浪费的相纸。或者如果购买商店有相关政策，也可以将相机退回商店申请退款，然后重新购买一台相机。
相纸损坏

电池没电
如果问题依然存在，请更换电池。另一个问题可能是你的相纸已经损坏，这种情况下，你需要购买一批新相纸。
温度过高或过低
照片无法显影也可能是因为温度不理想。如果你使用的相纸是为该相机专门设计的原装相纸，那它可能已经存放太久而无法工作了。如果你使用的是 Impossible 相纸，由于这种相纸非常具有实验性，且对周围环境非常敏感，因此你需要避免环境温度过高或过低。相纸说明书指出，在 70 华氏度（约 21 摄氏度）的理想温度下，照片需要约 10 分钟才能显影。

Logic what I feel is once you enter the film in camera. Do not try to open shutter until the films gets over. Films are very sensitive. I lost 9 films while doing R&D. Still not satisfied with the quality. How to get all these waste film replaced?? Are all users of Instax facing the same issue?? Anyone can give views.

I tried to get my camra to take a photo and i opened the film and slid it out 2 times and it tured out white if this happends then you touched the two but not to worry the ones you did not touch load just fine with slight discolor DO NOT OPEN THE CAMERA AND TOCH THE FILM :) that makes it not work

I put the film into the camera and my sister touched the film ?? I made her buy me a pack of 20 films! ??. Reminder. DON’T TOUCH THE FILM!!!

I have put the black bit into the camera but when i then go to take the photo and it should print nothing does then print please could I know why this is happening because i really need my camera fixed ASAP

if it’s printing pictures that are black with some white speckles. it’s NOT THE CAMERA. it’s just a bad pack of films. just replace it and it’ll work. also don’t forget to take the tape off from the inside of the camera right above the lens.
