I had the same problem. Troubleshooting told me that Bluetooth was not fitted. Going to 'Services', and restarting the three Bluetooth items, worked once, but not for long. I then decided to fit a new SSD, and opened up the laptop, to check what was fitted. I removed the existing SSD, cleaned the heat sink and card, and replaced it. Bluetooth re-appeared, and has been working perfectly over the past four days. Also, I have experienced the fans 'chattering', creating an eerie sound, like dogs barking in the distance. I no longer have that irritation, and the computer is running slightly cooler.
