Mine does the same thing. Sometimes, I’ll get a purple light, maybe even yellow, but getting to work (blue light mode) is nearly impossible. I’ve pressed the tiny reset button on the back with a paper clip…doesn’t do anything but turn it off. B&W should be embarrassed by this piece of junk. Educate me on “inflated capacitor”? Any relation to a Flux Capacitor?
