Hi my name is Kaylee! I am a senior at WSUV majoring in MIS. I’ve always had a strong passion for technology and while pursuing MIS, I’ve gotten to learn both essential technical and business skills and how to integrate the two in order to help users and businesses utilize their technology and operate more effectively to provide the best service.

I would like to work in the tech industry as a data analyst or project manager. Currently, I am working part-time as a data analyst intern at HP. During my time at HP, I analyzed complex data sets and developed reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate key measurables, trends, and patterns to various stakeholders. I was also responsible for implementing quality improvements for the Consumer Service team which allowed me to work directly with customer support agents in order to provide solutions and increase customer satisfaction.

Outside of work and school, my hobbies include tennis, music, and traveling :).
