Yes so after a few days of waiting for wrong parts to get here since I called hisense support they said it was the main or power board…bought both then replaced them still had the blinking light and tv wouldn't come on… so grabbed some 9v batteries and went through testing the led strip lights there was a bad one… haven't ordered the strips to fix correctly yet but I did cut the led node off and Sauder a blob where it was to resume connection for all other led lights and it worked… so put the whole TV back together and it works perfectly can't even tell there is a light out but will still be ordering replacement strip.
