there are one philips screw in each side at the bottom of the speaker under the rubber boots. also you need a torx t10 screwdriver that are inside. good luck!!!

i have one that dont power on, and it seems to charge perfectly. also by pressing the mute bottom for 15 second you will see that all the front light power on like a reset and then power off. i fix it by openning it and pulled the ribbon cable that connect the power board from the top control board that is inside and put it back on, then i assamble it and it works perfect. att tecmanpr
