The only way to put that logo there is to Jailbreak it. I'm guessing you bought it on? The jailbreak looks like it has been dune wrong. The best fix I can think of is to completely restore the firmware, witch you can get here: http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ And a tool to jailbreak called the Pwnage Tool. You have to find the version compatible with the firmware so if you want to run 3.1.3 google the following Pwnage tool 3.1.3 and you can get the right tool.
