PleatedPlants. Did you ever solve it? I have the same problem. I too cleaned it out first then I replaced the fan with a new one. Thing is the new one is even louder. Especially when moving it around like in your video. My next step is opening up the old fan and try to clean it and put silicone grease on the bearing. I might try to re-align the fan it if I figure out how to do it.
