If your eufy RoboVac 11 rolling brush is getting stuck, isn't rotating, or having trouble picking up debris, looking through this guide may be beneficial. Replacing the rolling brush motor requires a little more attention to detail but is reasonably straightforward. With these steps, removal will be quick and easy. Removing the rolling brush before attempting to remove the motor is essential. Attempting to remove the motor without removing the brush may result in personal injury or damage to the device. Regular cleaning for the rolling brush will help its effectiveness in picking up debris.

    • Remove the nine 10 mm screws with the Phillips #1 precision screwdriver.

    • Keep track of these screws. They are the same length as the interior screws but wider in diameter.

    • Remove the six 7 mm screws on the bumper with the Phillips #1 screwdriver.
