	[* black] Turn the tuning pegs in the appropriate direction to loosen the guitar strings. This direction should be Counter-Clockwise for all of the tuning pegs.
	[* black] Once the strings you wish to remove are *completely loose* (or a tone cannot be heard when plucking them), cut the strings with your handheld wire cutter near the body (or mouth) of the guitar.
+	[* black] Cut the knots near the tuning pegs and bridge as needed until the strings are completely removed.
