Introduction
This guide will teach the reader how to remove old or damaged strings and how to tie knots at the bridge and head of the guitar to keep the strings in place.
'''Warning''': This guide assumes that the reader has basic knowledge of the parts of the guitar and their function.

==Important Information:==
* The strings of the guitar are marked from thickest to thinnest as: (low) E, A, D, G, B and (high) E.
*
On nylon strings the low E, A, and D strings have "Thick" and "Springy" ends. The thick end of the string usually has a sticker attached to it, and the springy end should feel loose.
* The thinner strings (G, B and (high) E) do not have thick or springy ends.
