    • Remove back cover using the divot provided.

    • Find the divot near the bottom of the battery and remove the battery from the device.

    • Using a Phillips #00 screwdriver, remove the sixteen 3 mm screws holding the back panel in place.

    • Remove the back panel.

    • To remove the volume keys, pull them away from the phone. The keys will slide out from their set position.

    • Be aware of the edges of the phone when removing the keys.
