This guide will go through how to disassemble the phone and replace the finger sensor assembly safely. This item has electrical components and should be performed in a dry environment.

Carefully open the back cover.

Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to carefully remove all fifteen 3.0 mm screws.

Slowly remove the back portion of the phone without pulling the attached cable.

Release the attached cable and slowly remove the finger sensor from the phone entirely.

Attach the cable of the new sensor to the motherboard of the phone.
