Electric toothbrushes have one or more O-rings to prevent water from entering the handle and damaging electric parts in the handle. If the O-ring wears out, you'll see water seeping through the handle during use.

Remove the the brush head from the handle.

Using the pliers, rotate the head base 90 degrees counterclockwise and remove core from the handle.

Using a spudger, remove the old O-Ring from the white head.
Replace with, McMaster-Carr PN:9561K23. O-Ring: 15/16" ID, 1/16" Width. Food and Steam Resistant Food Grade EPDM O-Ring.
