    • Locate the battery cover on the right side of the bottom of the camera.

    • To open the cover, gently slide it in the direction indicated by the arrow.

    • Once the battery cover door is open, insert the pointed end of a spudger underneath the metal door hinge.

    • Gently twist the spudger; the battery door cover should pop off.

    • Completely remove the cover from the hinge.
