Turn off and unplug your laptop to prevent the risk of electrocution.
Turn your laptop over so that the bottom is face up.

On the top left of the laptop there is a switch. Make sure it's pushed in the unlocked position.

Locate the switch collinear with the last one and move the switch to an unlocked position.

Remove the unlocked battery.

Flip the laptop so it's facing upwards.

Open the laptop.

Press the most northern region above F6 and F7 until a bit of your keyboard pops out.

Use the spudger to pry the top of the keyboard out.

Disconnect the wire connecting to keyboard to the laptop.

Remove the keyboard
