Our trolleys are designed for a long lifespan. Nevertheless, wheels can become worn out by intensive use. When that happens, it’s time to change the tyres – just like a tyre change for your car. We’ll show you how to change the trolley wheels for the the Tobago, Fortuna and Tecorail series (all sizes) in just a few steps.

    • When attaching the new wheels, take care not to over tighten the screws.

    • Remove the other 2 rivets on the outside of the trolley using the flat-blade screwdriver. Then remove the wheelhouse from the trolley.

    • When attaching the new wheelhouse, take care not to over tighten the screws.

Dear Vaude, I have a Module 60 where the airline has managed to snap of a wheel recently. I am in contact with the UK supplier of Vaude parts, but is the repair similar to above and therefore I need to order the right hand side plastic/wheel? Thank you for any help.

Dear Jane, yes, you can use this repair guide also for your Module Trolley. You will get a set of wheels, you so can change both if you want.

I have a trolley Samoa, and it seems I can't get replacements like for the Tobago. Any idea how I could find wheels to replace the broken ones?
