The screen is an essential component of your laptop. Damage to the screen can significantly impair the usability of your device. By following this guide, you will be able to replace the screen and restore your laptop's functionality.

Before starting this guide make sure that your Dell Latitude is completely powered off.

Phillips #00 Screwdriver

Turn off computer by holding down the power button

Slide latches out to unlock and remove battery.

Open the laptop and unscrew the 2.5 X 3mm screw in the bottom center of screen

Using a spudger, carefully remove of the exterior black frame/cover of the screen

Using a Philips head screw driver, screw the ten surrounding 2.5 X 3mm screws on the frame of the screen

Detach the yellow LCD inverted from the back of the screen

Carefully pull off the screen itself
