Dell UK do not sell a genuine battery replacement (part 71JF4). Where can a battery be purchased that will work, without running into the issue stated on the Dell forum that non-Dell batteries are not recognised and will not charge? Replacement batteries shown on Amazon and eBay provide no certainty that they are genuine or would otherwise work. Thanks!
