Porter-Cable 382 Repair

The Porter-Cable Sander 382 series is a light, compact, corded, personal sander that is used ideally for paint removal. The sander is equipped with a counter-balanced fan that reduces user fatigue during longer sanding jobs. The sander is recognizable by both its size and color. The sander also features 1.9 Amps that provides 12,000 OPM for the maximum sanding speed. Equipped with a 10 foot power cord the device is ideal for personal use in smaller locations while also offering a decent amount of slack to reach different surfaces.

This model features a circular sanding pad that spins in a random orbit pattern. It does not have a protruding handle but includes a dust collector that extends from the side of the sander. The 382 series has a gray body, a black top, and a black sanding pad.

The Porter-Cable logo is printed on one side of the body, and a label containing the model and serial numbers is located on the opposite side.
