Description and Distinctive Features ¶
The Palm m500 is a PDA released by Palm on June 3rd, 2001. The predominant feature of the PDA is the rectangular LCD screen, which is outlined by a dark gray bezel on all sides with black buttons on the bottom. It is the first of the m500 line of PDAs and thus shares many distinctive features with other Palm PDAs with model numbers m5XX. These distinctive features include a Secure Digital/Multi Media Card (SD/MMC) for additional memory and a faster USV sync interface. Guides for this PDA may be useful for all PDAs in the m500 line, but it is not guaranteed. To determine your model number, check the back of the device.
