Huawei Honor 7 Repair

The Huawei Honor 7 Android smartphone was released by Huawei as part of their Honor sub-brand. The Honor 7 was released internationally with grey and silver bodies and 16 GB or 64 GB of internal storage. In China, one variant of the Honor 7 includes a gold-colored body with dual SIM capabilities and 64 GB of internal storage. The Indian variant includes only single-SIM capabilities. Its predecessor is the Honor 6, which was released in 2014.

The Honor 7 features an aluminum backing and frame with a 5.2-inch touchscreen display. It includes a 20-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. The Honor 7 also includes a fingerprint sensor and a ‘Smart’ button that can be assigned specific tasks to personalize the device. The international version features dual-SIM functionality, but only one SIM can be used if operated with an additional Micro-SD card for expanded storage. The Honor 7 includes accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensors, as well as fast-charging capabilities.

Reviews have found that the Honor 7’s rear-mounted fingerprint scanner does not always work flawlessly and the phone has sub-par battery life.

While the Honor 7 includes only 3 GB of RAM, it’s successor—called the Honor 8—includes 4 GB of RAM as well as a USB-C port.
