How can i open my back hatch door

did u try all ways to open it? Door button, dash button, foot detector (if it has one)?
Is there a hidden switch that disables it?
Did you check the fuses?
Anything past that requires a knowledgeable person to troubleshoot.
You should get into the habit of posting everything u tried with your question.
I get tired of guessing, especially when there are many things that can cause a problem.

Review your owner's manual. If yours have an emergency release inside the trunk door behind a cover or rear seat area, you should be able manually release the gate and make any repairs. Sometimes things get caught along the bottom when closing the gate and creates tension, not allowing normal trunk release. Some methods to open the gate. One may be pressing down with force, keeping the gate closed while keying or pressing a release button on electric locks. Listening for an electric click sound for electric release. Last resort is repair shop for professional help.
