Can this be fixed?
So long I was trying to do the Dreamcast clock battery mod and I'm sure I torn off the pads and probably broke traces due to my inexperience. Is it possible to fix this?

yes, it is possible if it is a dbl side board. If it is a multi-layer bd, it may not be possible. You need to scrap away some solder mask (green stuff) from a trace to get copper to solder to. Then replace the damaged trace with a small gauge wire. If the issue was your soldering skill, then you need to learn how to do it b4 attempting this as you are likely to make it worse.
