I recently purchased a replacement battery from you and was planning to have a local tech install who is no longer available. Can I send the phone and battery back to you for the replacement installation? And if so, can you provide the cost.

Andrew, this is the community repair forum, and as such isn't manned by the iFixit Store personnel.
A can tell you for sure that the answer is no, iFixit does not do repairs. They offer repair guides and sell parts, but don't offer any repair services at all.
You can check out their Businesses page for information on companies that could do that sort of work or check your local area for other repair shops; almost any reputable shop will be able to replace a battery for you.
It occurs to me that shops may insist they want to install their own battery rather than the one you've already purchased, but I'd suggest if they do that you counter with the fact that your battery is a genuine Google part, and as such that's the one you want installed. (iFixit exclusively sells genuine Google parts for Pixel phones).
