What is the model number of the TV as shown on the product information label on the back of the TV?

How are you trying to connect to the internet from the TV e.g. using a Wifi connection or an Ethernet cable connection?

If using WiFi is the TV detecting your WiFi home network?

If not is your home network router's WiFi 2.4GHz signalling band switched on?

What have you checked?
