replacement automatic voltage regulator
I'm resurrecting an old Powermate 5000 Model PC0545305.01 with an obsolete & malfunctioning AVR (ICM AB3101-240). ICM weren't any help. This units AVR specs apparently has 240 VAC sensing and 25 VDC output to the brushes. I connected two 12 VDC batteries to the brushes to confirm proper output VAC. Can anyone identify a source for an AVR with the necessary specs?
Also a generic question: is the ac from the sensing coil and the excitation winding in phase with each other? It appears that both excitation and sensing voltage is 240 vac.
