Have a read of this manual. The very front piece should come off. Either twist off or bayonet fitting. The the next section comes off.

The collar comes off if you pull forward, revealing the bit holder. To put it back together you just need to line up the ribs on the collar with the grooves on the machine. I added the relevant photos
