1 Remote not working on Home Screen
The remote works fine until you press the Home Screen button. The TV will go to the home screen but you can't navigate around the screen TV works fine on all other functions such as Samsung TV, Netflix, Prime and YouTube. Have tried unplugging in the TV and remote is fully charged.

The user manual isn't explicit but are there any control buttons on the TV that you can use e.g. Menu, CH Up/Down, Vol.Up/Down etc to see if you can navigate using one of them?
