I am facing some problems with my laptop display, like if I play YouTube for 1-2 hours on Google Chrome, when I go from YouTube to another app or site, I still see that part of the display that shows the YouTube logo and the area where the video was playing shadowed out. Not Only Youtube, after running Facebook or any other application and exiting it, I also see light traces of that application on my screen. However, the LCD test performed on the laptop does not indicate any such problem. However, I encounter that problem when running any other program. These marks disappear on their own when I keep the laptop closed or shut down for 2 to 3 hours. As you can see in the image, I was working on Google Sheet for some time, but when I leave the site, I still see the Google Sheet work in the display. is that a display problem?#help

Does the problem occur when using either the Nvidia GPU or the integrated Intel CPU Graphics for the video or does it only happen when using one of them?

So the problem occurs when using either GPU, is this correct?

Have you checked in Device manager to see if the latest graphics drivers are installed?

it says the best drivers for my windows are already installed

Have you tried changing the screen resolution or refresh rate to see if doing this altered anything?

Hi, @saifaliaman I gotchu.

This calls for a screen or logic board replacement.

This looks like a major issue, probably a faulty Nvidia GPU. If your Nvidia looks fine, this might be a logic board issue. Send me a screenshot of the diagnostic test, so I can see what's going on here. There is a higher chance this is a faulty logic board/CPU issue.

This is a logic board issue, I suppose, as the NVIDIA is working fine. Ask the new FixBot.
