Err 20 error message on screen

There is an error on my screen when I try to capture a photo or video. The error message is;

Err 20

An error prevented shooting. Turn the camera off and on again or re-install the battery.

I tried to do suggested option on the screen but the error still persist.

What might be the problem and the solution for this.
